Using the app

• Shops and businesses: open the app, choose Order online, and create an account with your business name and phone number. You can then browse the catalogue, place orders (cash or cheque on delivery) and follow each order to delivery.
• Our team: choose Staff app and sign in with the account the company gave you. If you have forgotten your password, ask your manager to reset it.

Delete your account

You can delete your customer account at any time, inside the app:

1. Open Order online and sign in.
2. Tap Account at the top right.
3. Under Delete my account, enter your password and tap the button.

This closes your login and removes your phone number, email and address from the app. Past orders and invoices are kept, because UAE law requires us to keep business records. If you can no longer sign in, email info@ntbfllc.com with your business name and phone number and we will close the account for you.
